shipping is a very easy process for us at hydro sales ent.. we ship everything media mail so it dosnt go threw x-ray machines. every package is tested for smell before delivery. all packages are double sealed and are done witht he greatest care! we cover regular 3 day shipping but if you want it overnighted then thats a extra 20$. if it dosnt make it there in 1 day we will refund the 20$ or give you the difference on the next order you make! it only takes 1 buisness day to have the order ready for shipping and you will get the tracking number and the name of the carrier in your inbox as soon as it is shipped! we ship as a printing company and send all products in ink cartridge boxes and is very safe and under the radar

REFUNDS
when going to do a refund its as simple as a message.. just type support as the header and give them your reference number that we give you after purchase and then they will ask a few questions and if your reason qualifys then you will get your refund in the form of cash money with in 2 weeks for processing. the only time you can refund your order is if the package hasn't been processed yet and hasn't went threw the shipping team and is only in account receivable.
